2. Billing and Payments

  • Recurring Charges: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically for each billing cycle.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are processed on the first day of each billing cycle. The exact amount and frequency will be detailed during checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify Payments.

3. Subscription Management

  • Pausing or Skipping Deliveries: You may pause or skip deliveries through your account settings.
  • Modifying Subscription Plans: Changes to your plan (e.g., product updates, delivery frequency) can be made by logging into your account or contacting customer support.
  • Canceling Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a payment has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Refunds and Returns

Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has been charged. Refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged products are handled in accordance with our refund policy. If you wish to discontinue a product or have concerns, please contact our support team.

5. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by you. You will receive a notification 3 days before renewal if applicable.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. After multiple failed attempts, the subscription may be suspended or canceled. It is your responsibility to ensure payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

7. Termination by Pals Health

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a subscription at our discretion, including cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
